This class will provide a pathway of self-healing with the map of the chakras.
We've been rocked, the past few months. And so many of us have lost access to our health and wellbeing team of practitioners. This class is designed to provide support for your own self-healing journey.
This class will provide clarity about what may be happening in your body. It will provide you tools and resources to begin to support yourself in the specific ways your body needs.
If you're curious about how to work with your energy body
If you're wanting to deepen relationship with your emotional, physical, and spiritual self
If you're wanting specific and practical ways to implement healing practices
If you're ready to take healing into your own hands:
this class is for you.
Each class we will explore one of the chakras, beginning with our root.
In each class we will:
Explore the themes associated with each chakra
Look at how imbalances may show up in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies
Discuss ways to provide support and healing to yourself
Talk about plant medicines that are particularly helpful for each chakra
Go on a guided journey to visit your chakra, so you can gain personal insight directly from your body's wisdom.
Receive a handout outlining the chakra, helpful ways to support it, as well as affirmations, plant medicines, stone medicines, and contemplation questions to explore
The chakras system is derived from ancient Vedic Indian texts which describe the energy centers of the body. They provide a doorway to access the wisdom of the body through various themes related to each energy center. The chakra system is the primary system I work with when doing my energy work sessions, and I've discovered they have so much to teach us about our healing.
Are you ready to listen to the medicine they have for you?

"Chakra patterns are programmed deep in the core of the mind-body interface and have a strong relationship with our physical functioning.
Just as the emotions can and do affect our breathing, heart rate, and metabolism, the activities in the various chakras influence our glandular processes, body shape, chronic physical ailments, thoughts, and behavior.
By using various techniques, we can, in turn, influence our chakras, our health, and our lives.
This is one of the essential values of this system -- that it maps onto both the body and the mind, and can be accessed through either."
