About Groundwater Healing
Groundwater Healing was founded on the intention of helping you reconnect with your body and your innate personal power through a rooted connection with the Earth.
The foundation of my work is deep listening and observation. By observing energetic patterns along with deeply listening to human and non-human teachers, I found that healing comes from re-membering ourselves into our innate wholeness.
By getting out of your head and sinking down into your body, you can rediscover your root wisdom; the place of connection with all life. This opens the door to resilience in situations that may cause stress while allowing you to realize you can face anything. The key is remaining present and loving towards yourself. You have the support and the strength within you. With this shift, you can experience a sense of belonging within your body and on the Earth. This allows you to operate from a place of deep inner knowing, not insecurity.
My practice focuses on helping you remember your belonging to yourself and the world. By healing ways in which you are disconnected from both your own truth and your place in the ecosystem of life, you begin to stand more fully in your body with a sense of ease, peace, and empowerment.

Groundwater Healing operates on the lands of the Multnomah, Wasco, Cowlitz, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Bands of Chinook, Tualatin, Kalapuya, Molalla, and many other tribes who made their homes along the Columbia River. I am grateful every day to the wisdom of these elders, for the relationships they built with the land and the plants over generations, and the work they still do to maintain healthy reciprocity with the living world.
