Come join us at Clary Sage Herbarium with Amy Terepka for an evening of learning about the healing qualities of plants in the Summer season. As the earth radiates in the vibrancy of the sun, we’ll explore how different plants can support our bodies and spirits through this time of heat and yang energy.

In this workshop, we’ll take time to reflect on how summer's energy moves through our systems, sharing our experiences in small groups.

We’ll explore both the physical and psycho-spiritual medicinal properties of seasonal plants, discussing their role in nourishing our bodies, balancing our systems, and activating summer's gifts internally. We’ll also make space for a meditative tea experience (bring your mug) to deepen our connection with one of summer's key herbal allies (Hibiscus!)
