In this month's plant wisdom circle we will work with the spirit of the Elder Tree, rich in folkloric story and medicine.

Elder (often call elderberry) supports us in becoming an open intuitive channel, get comfortable with liminality, and is a guardian of the threshold between this world and the Otherworld. She is a plant that loves the season of the witch, and these darker, intuitive days.

We will create ceremonial space together, and call in the spirit of Elder. As we share in the plant medicine via the tincture, we channel insights for ourselves, one another, and the collective. The group journeying space creates a strong container for the medicine of the plant to come through.

You will have ample time to sit in silent meditation to connect with the spirit of Elder, and there will be time to share our experiences at the end.
