

Healing requires you to do less, not more.
Most people are told that in order to heal they have to add more in. But really, healing is much more about letting go of speed and control. Making space. Giving yourself permission to be with yourself and what’s actually present. It’s not the “action” or the “doing" that heals or changes you, but rather your state of being and how you approach your actions that matter more.
