True Magic is a sacred responsibility

In the magic traditions I studied priestesship under, the Reclaiming Tradition and Feri Tradition of Neopagan Witchcraft, magic isn’t thought of as something beyond the reaches of the body or the mundane world.
True magic is recognizing and partnering with the consciousness of life, the unseen realms, and working with that consciousness to impact change in the physical reality.
This is called many things in many traditions. But it’s not something extra-terrestrial.
It’s our quantum nature. It’s energy alchemy. It’s honing the power of the mind. It’s recognizing and working with energy patterning. It’s acknowledging the inherent wisdom and power of the body.
When we align our inner power and our faculties of consciousness with the wider consciousness of life, magic engages.
Which really is just to say, we become connected with the power embedded in our humanness. A power that was recognized and worked with by our ancestors all over the world for millennia.
Encountering magic within and around us
The energies of the elements are always communicating with us from the wider world. The spiritual forces of Earth and Cosmos are always within our embodied reach.
Because The Magic lives in and through the material world. Magic is embedded in the mundane. The Magic lives in our bodies.

We can encounter deeply spiritual experiences in the ordinary. That in fact, this physical reality is the way in to wonder. It’s the playing ground for all magic.
And our bodies themselves are deeply magical landscapes that swirl with wisdom and insight from the unseen worlds.
The more you access the depths of your body, the more you access the power of the Universe.
The more you listen to the voices and wisdom living inside your body, the more you’re able to hear the voices of the unseen world, the living consciousness of nature, the quantum field of existence.
The more you feel and work with your own energy body, the more you can recognize and work with energy patterns around you.
Using the sacred responsibility of magic for Good
Our bodies are a micro-cosmic experience. A cosmos unto themselves. And the more we embody, the more we listen, the more we dive into the somatic mysteries, the more we open to the magic of life.
We are always in conversation with the energy of the living world.
We just don’t always know this consciously.
But when we start to become aware of the quantum nature of life, we awaken to how we’re always in living partnership with the forces of life, co-creating our lived experience.

Magic inherently hands us back the power that was taken from systems of oppression, and asks us to acknowledge that we are the creators of our reality. In partnership with the wider consciousness of life. In partnership with the unseen world.
Real magic asks us to acknowledge our sacred responsibility as sacred creators and choose to create spells of beauty for the good of all. It asks us to be the change. And lead the change.
And this is all anchored in deep communion with the physical reality that holds the container for the spiritual to move through.
So can you put on your magical glasses, and start to see the sparkling forces of life that are moving in and through your body, in and through every physical form you see?
The world is alive. Let’s partner with it and be good witches, to make good magic, for the good of all.
Rekindle your connection with the natural world
Deepen your partnership with the alive world around you and nurture your inherent magic with my self-paced course, Embodying the Elements. In both a magical and practical context, each of the elements can be used for healing in certain ways. Such as:
🌬️ Air helps us clear
🔥 Fire helps us transform
🌊 Water helps us surrender
⛰️ Earth helps us stabilize
When you have relationship with the elements, you immediately deepen intimacy with LIFE around you. And you carry that connection with you wherever you go, whether in a busy city or flying across the world. What a gift.
Embodying the Elements is designed to introduce you to the elements over 4 weeks, but you'll get instant access to move through this journey at your own pace.
