Your body is not a 'meat suit.' What if it's spirit manifested?
Can we please stop saying that the body is a meat suit? What this phrase does is reinforce a false hierarchy and duality between spirit and body.

Reclaim your power using the chakras
When we aren’t grounded in our embodied knowing, and trust in our own desires as a compass, it’s much easier to give our spiritual discernment over to others, including our spirit guides. What I’ve found for myself, and for the hundreds of people I’ve worked with now, is that the more we anchor in our first 3 chakras (the root, the sacral, and the solar plexus), the more we root into our power here in the material world.

Intuition vs. projection: How can you know the difference?
“How can you tell what’s intuition and what’s made up?” With the boom in popularity of psychedelics, spiritual seeking, spiritual “awakening” happening right now, spiritual discernment is big topic. What I’ve noticed is that oftentimes people are expanding spiritually, but not doing the deeper inner-work to root that expansion down and into the body, into the Earth. When this happens, spiritual distortion becomes common.

What Does it Mean to "Belong" in a World of "Belongings?"
I’ve been thinking about the world “belonging” lately and how that compares to how "belongings" are seen in our modern culture. “Belongings” has a material connotation in English. And yet ties deeply into the experience of belonging. If done well, we surround ourselves with things that help us feel and feed that sense of home in our lived experience. Accumulations that help us feel more secure, or cumulatively make up our lives and who we know ourselves to be. Your favori

True Magic is a sacred responsibility
True magic is recognizing and partnering with the consciousness of life, the unseen realms, and working with that consciousness to impact change in the physical reality. This is called many things in many traditions. But it’s not something extra-terrestrial. It’s our quantum nature. It’s energy alchemy. It’s honing the power of the mind. It’s recognizing and working with energy patterning. It’s acknowledging the inherent wisdom and power of the body.

Take a sacred pause with me
Are you taking time to tune into yourself during these dark and tender weeks? How about we take a pause together right now?

Welcoming Samhain
Although Samhain officially lands on November 6th this year, marking the official halfway point between the Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, Samhain is not just a day but a season of time that opens us up to the thinning of veils between physical and energetic, the material and spiritual. Can you feel it upon us already?

What is the Witch Wound?
Right now, so many folks are feeling that calling from within to meet this moment, but aren’t sure how to live it in the world. So many of you feel that spell dissolving, but it’s being met with lifetimes of protective mechanisms stored in your body, built to keep you safe. And keep you small. This is the Witch Wound.

Weaving ourselves whole
Regardless of how something is broken, forgotten, or separated, the process of healing is almost always a slow and intentional one. Stitch by stitch, we mend something back together. Breath by breath, we remember to come back into relationship with a part of us we’ve discarded. And through this process of repair, what has been broken or separated weaves itself back to wholeness again. Remembers its true form.

Healing with help from your shadow
Do you know the story of Chiron? The wounded healer?
Chiron, a master of the healing arts, was accidentally struck by one of Hercules’s venomous arrows, causing him incurable, excruciating pain. As he was immortal, he was subject to live with his pain in perpetuity.
Yet, as a healer himself, Chiron’s wound allowed him to cultivate empathy and understanding for those he served. His pain allowed him to develop strength of character, and offer compassion to those he would help
