When Things Feel Hard Remember...

A couple of weeks ago while a guiding some folks in my private membership space, I had the experience of receiving the light of the summer sun into my water body, feeling it dancing across the surface like late afternoon dappled light. ​

It was such a simple and serene experience, but impacted me deeply. ​

I could feel in an instant the way I am water, illuminated by light. How the elements of nature dance together inside of me, forming me, and informing me. How I receive intelligence, wisdom, energy, from the Sun. And it codes itself into my receptive water body.

I could feel the divine play between the sun and the water. The sky and the earth. And the way I am a vessel to receive the marriage between these two forces.

It is so easy to get swept up in the mental stories of the time. Understandably. So much hurts right now. So much to tend to.

AND. There is a larger power and truth at play here, quietly walking alongside of us, rising up into our feet from the soil, and streaming down from the sky into our lungs, into our light-body.

Can you remember your sacred body as a holy ground?

Your sacred body as a lived temple to receive and transmit and transform cosmic and earth energies?

Can you feel how your water body is permeated by mineral and sky and sun? ​

This, dear one, is the force of life. It is energy. When we remember this, we charge ourselves up in an instant. We source ourselves in Earth. We source ourselves in the power of the Sun and the Stars and the Cosmic influences.

This remembrance is how we fuel ourselves, how we invigorate ourselves to stay the course of the vision of what’s possible.​

So when things feel hard, remember:​​

Your water body is ancient. It is filled with the wisdom of all waters everywhere. ​

It is infused with insight from shapeshifting through many lives and iterations, traversing the earth and the skies, before it found your vessel.​

You are made of the ancient earth body. Of mineral and stone.

You are the vastness of the cosmos, the breath and spaciousness of life Herself.

You are a library of intelligence, received from the sun and the stars.

You are an embodiment of this divine existence. Water and light and stone and air.

And you carry this power inside you.
