Reclaim your power using the chakras
When we aren’t grounded in our embodied knowing, and trust in our own desires as a compass, it’s much easier to give our spiritual discernment over to others, including our spirit guides. What I’ve found for myself, and for the hundreds of people I’ve worked with now, is that the more we anchor in our first 3 chakras (the root, the sacral, and the solar plexus), the more we root into our power here in the material world.
How to be with the grief of ecological loss
The fires here in Oregon are burning through land I’ve had profound relationship with over the last 15 years. These times will continue to be hard, as we move through a period of incredible loss and transition. As old systems crumble, as we gather our courage to be bearers of light for the world we are birthing.
