Take a sacred pause with me

Hello sweet witchy one.

Are you taking time to tune into yourself during these dark and tender weeks?

How about we take a pause together right now?

Start to notice that you’re breathing. And as you do, maybe your inhales and exhales start to deepen.

Watch your breath for a few rounds.

Now invite the exhale to be even longer. How many seconds can you elongate your breath before you’re naturally being breathed again by the air around you?

As you settle into your body through your exhale, just notice how your heart is feeling right now.

You may want to put a hand on your chest and just let your heart know that you’re here with her/him/them.

Ask yourself, what do you most need from me right now?

Feel. Open. Listen.

Spend another breath or two here with yourself, and give yourself what you need.
