Nearly every one of my sessions the past 2 weeks has carried a particular immensity to them. There has been so much big, old stuff moving through and releasing from people’s bodies. Stuff that’s been buried so long and so deep that the energy feels incredibly resurrective.

Multiple things can be true at once, even seemingly opposing things. And this email is an invitation into living paradox as a spiritual and relational practice.
